The CTS has become a staple in the Cadillac lineup, bringing performance and luxury to the midsize sedan market. The 2014 CTS will continue to impress drivers with interior comfort and convenience, as well as interior designs that make the car a head-turner on every street, but what makes the newest model so unique is the impressive engine options.

Three Engines will be available for the 2014 Cadillac CTS:

  1. Turbo Charged 2.0L Four-cylinder
  2. Naturally Aspirated 3.6L V6
  3. Turbo Charged 3.6L V6

According to GM, the twin turbo charged V6 engine will be the most power-dense V6 in the CTS’s segment. This engine will be paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission, giving the 2014 CTS   a 0-60 time of 4.6 seconds and a top speed of 170mph.

This is also the first time a Cadillac has received a twin turbo V6 and an eight speed transmission in the same vehicle.
